Registration

Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. To enroll your child in one or more courses, complete the printable registration form and send it with your check (made payable to Maimonides School, with "Maimonides After School Program" in the memo line).

Please make sure mailed forms arrive before the last date of registration. You may also send in forms with your children to the Brener office. Note that there is an additional, non-refundable registration fee of $18 (per student) for ALL courses.

Tuition payments are refundable before the beginning of the second class (less registration and the cost of the first class). No refund is available to students attending more than one session of a class.
